- Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana):
- Standard Shipping: GHS 15 – GHS 30 (depending on weight and location).
- Free Shipping on orders above GHS 300.
- International Shipping:
- Rates are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package. International shipping starts at $20.
Delivery Times:
- Domestic Orders:
- Orders within Accra: 2-3 business days.
- Orders outside Accra: 3-5 business days.
- International Orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days (additional charges apply).
Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Areas Covered:
- Domestic Shipping: We deliver across all regions of Ghana.
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, please contact us if your country is not listed during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
